Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard Shipping (US): 5-10 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at pawszenvibessalvester@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Orders
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- PawZen Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
